Whether it's dining in our main restaurant, attending one of our events or just relaxing with a bottle of wine and a platter to share on our heated outdoor terrace you are sure of a warm welcome.

Poacher's Restaurant is one of the most exciting restaurants Leicestershire has to offer. It is situated within an old 17th century Inn opposite a Norman church in the delightful village of Thurlaston. The rural, but still accessible village, lies just five minutes from Junction 21 of the M1.

Chris Tandy created Poachers to serve traditional British cuisine with a worldly flair, combining his experience of many years in the catering industry.

Leicestershire is a beautiful place to visit with many attractions, so why not drop by to enjoy our hospitality and superb dining experience. The restaurant has established itself as one of the most successful in Leicestershire catering for upto 90 guests.

Conference facilities are available to include overhead projector, speaker system and ample free car parking from £20 per delegate (plus VAT) including lunch.

Monday to Saturday: 12.00noon - 2.00pm & 6.30pm - 9.30pm / Sunday: 12.00noon - 3.30pm
